To the notary
When buying a house, there is a lot of paperwork involved. This includes, for example, a deed of ownership, cadastral data, questionnaires, and documents from the Homeowners Association (HOA) if you are buying an apartment. We will go through everything for you. After signing the purchase agreement, the time for obtaining financing follows. We will monitor the deadline for financing together with you. Once the financing is secured, we will assist you with the transfer at the notary and the handover of the house.
